VICTRIX may process your personal data for the following purposes:  
* To manage your contact for any request or query that you may send us through the emails published on the corporate portal or the postal address provided.
* The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of your data for this purpose lies in the legitimate interest of VICTRIX to resolve and properly address the suggestions, queries or requests that you can make through the channels enabled on the VICTRIX corporate portal,  understanding that in no case are your rights and/or freedoms affected or harmed by the fact that it is responding to the request initiated by you.

How long will we keep your personal data for?

To ensure that personal data is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, VICTRIX will keep your personal data only for the period of time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. The needs to respond to issues that arise or to resolve problems, make improvements, activate services and comply with requirements under applicable law will be taken into account. This means that it may keep your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after the processing has ended. After this period, your personal data will be blocked from all VICTRIX systems for the sole purpose of making them available to the relevant authorities to meet possible administrative or judicial responsibilities and to exercise or defend claims. Once the period for blocking personal data has expired, the data will be permanently deleted. 

Who do we share your personal data with?

Your personal data will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with the legal obligations that apply in each case, such as, for example, to Public Administrations and/or Public Bodies when so required by tax, labour, Social Security or any other applicable regulations. 
On the other hand, please be informed that VICTRIX may hire third parties who will have access to your data derived from the provision of services, having regulated our relationship. These third parties may provide technology services to us. 
Under no circumstances will VICTRIX sell your personal data to third parties.

International transfers

International data transfers may occur if the companies with which VICTRIX shares your data are located outside the European Economic Area, which will be lawful, as adequate safeguards are in place to protect personal data. How does Victrix protect your personal data?

The VICTRIX corporate portal uses information security techniques such as firewalls, automated anti-attack systems, access control procedures, all with the aim of preventing unauthorised access to data and ensure its confidentiality, as well as regular security audits conducted to perform risk assessments and frequent controls. To achieve these purposes, you agree that VICTRIX may collect data in order to authenticate access controls.
VICTRIX states that it has adopted all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to avoid its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties

Right to delete:

Right of portability: 
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have it passed on to another controller when the processing of your data is justified by consent or is the result of executing a contract, provided that it is carried out by automated means.

Right to object: 
You can object to the processing of personal data based on the public or legitimate interest pursued by VICTRIX, including profiling. In this case, VICTRIX will stop processing the data, unless there are compelling legitimate reasons or they are necessary to exercise or defend possible claims. You also have the right to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes.
